As a parent of a son with coeliac disease, I won’t be launching this gluten-free range until I can confidently guarantee it is truly coeliac-friendly.*

*These cakes will be prepared in a kitchen that uses gluten, however every effort of sanitation will be made to ensure cross contamination is near non existent. Gluten Free baking will have its own baking day to ensure this.
